One firm, instead of three vendors who don't talk to each other.

ATMason exists because enterprise IT, security, and compliance are usually handled by separate vendors who never quite agree on the same set of facts. We built the firm to close that gap.

Before founding ATMason, Brad spent over twenty years in senior IT and security leadership — most recently as VP of IT & Security for a global, multi-entity SaaS organization, and before that directing IT across six operating companies for an international industrial group spanning the U.S. and EMEA. Along the way: a $20M+ technology budget, teams of up to 80, three acquisitions integrated in 120 days, and a 100% pass rate on every SOC 2 and GDPR audit he's owned.

A wall doesn't fail at the capstone. It fails at the course nobody checked.

That's the premise ATMason is built on: keep IT operations, GRC, cybersecurity, and M&A technical diligence under one roof, staffed by people who can hold a technical conversation and a governance conversation in the same meeting — because in most organizations, they're the same conversation. For how we actually run an engagement, see our approach.
